RETURNS POLICY
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. I wasn’t sure about buying from this website, but I thought I give it a chance. My iPhone SE third generation has been having some issues as of lately and my previous phone was an iPhone 7 so I decided why not get the iPhone 14 Pro Max. When I got it I did a thorough inspection and I did find a small scratch on the screen, even though I did buy excellent condition which kind of sucked a bit hence I gave four stars not five. Everything else of the phone was perfect apart from the scratch and the battery percentage was at 100. I did see it still has five months left of AppleCare, which is awesome. I’ve been testing out for the past few days and it’s such a huge difference compared to my iPhone SE . I do love this phone and will be recommending this website to any family or friends that need a new phone but do not want to spend that much money on the brand new phone or other devices. PS when I did get my phone, I saw that they included a free case and pop socket, which was awesome. Thank you so much!
