RETURNS POLICY
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exchanges

Okay Y’all so honestly Plug tech is legit! I bought my 14 plus only cause i didn’t feel like spending a thousand bucks. I ordered it on a Thursday and it came Tuesday so that was fast. For the phone to be in “Good” condition, it looks just like new!! it came w a charger, screen protector on the phone and a little accessory. AND my phone came with 95% battery percent! Happy for my phone, will shop again!
